Privacy

This policy explains how Hlebec Solutions processes personal data of website visitors and business contacts. Last updated: 19 Aug 2026.

2. What data we process

• Contact data you send yourself (name, email, phone, message) when you write or call.
• Cookie choice data, as described in the cookie policy.
• Technical server data (e.g. IP address, request time, browser) that hosting may log briefly for security and operations.

There is no newsletter form. You send messages through your own email app or by phone.

3. Purposes and bases

• Replying to an enquiry and performing a contract or pre-contract steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Legal duties such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Legitimate interest in site security and business communication (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Consent for optional cookies, if you enable them (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Retention

Correspondence is kept as long as needed to reply, deliver the work, and meet legal deadlines (invoices typically 10 years). Hosting logs are kept briefly, as set by the provider. Cookie choice is stored for 12 months.

5. Sharing

We do not sell data. We share it only when needed for the service (hosting, email provider, bank, accounting) or when the law requires it. Links to LinkedIn and Instagram lead to third-party services with their own rules.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
